A functionally mixed urban quartier is created, which offers space for various living requirements over a base of commercial and ancillary areas – starter flats, assisted living, family or student living.
Townhouses are set up in a ring shape, the appearance of which is deliberately different from each other, which allows a gradual conversion and an easily legible address formation. The qualities of the urban development project are included in the design. Thus, the idea of the usable courtyard with its gently sloping topography is preserved.
