First plus-energy-renovation of a residential building in Austria.

With the restructuring of the residential complex “Johann Böhm Sanierung 34/36” in Kapfenberg, a multi-family house from the 1960s was converted for the first time in Austria into a plus energy building with a specially developed, prefabricated façade system.
