The building is positioned as a clear form, the cubature of which is cut through urban planning and spatial functional considerations. It forms a 3-unit building, which is stored on a pedestal of shared spaces. The building extends along the space-forming edge of Maria Trapp Square. The prominent front sides – connected on the upper floors – open up to a high level of space and offer open, multi-layered access, vistas and differentiated spaces.
