Urban living on the Glan near the city center.

The residential complex in the Zaunergasse captivates with its central location in Salzburg as well as its direct proximity to the Glanbach. The total of 102 residential units are divided into 4 buildings, which are offset from each other and thus create attractive open spaces with places for residents and also the people of Salzburg.

Generous bright staircases and cozy arcades, which can be used in addition to the balconies, give the buildings an inviting living atmosphere on both sides. The open building structure creates a connection between the green area of the Zaunergasse and the recreational area of the Glanbach stream. With the direct connection to the bike path on the Glan you are connected to the cycle path network of the city of Salzburg. The apartments of different sizes were designed with an average depth of 6 m so that light falls into the apartment from both sides of the house. A special advantage of the residential complex is the consideration of energy efficiency. The building has a good energy balance thanks to a compact building shell, a building physics optimized facade construction and green roofs.
