20 residential units in prefabricated timber construction are grouped around a settlement center.
The complex comprises a mix of terraced housing and flats. The 4 structures are parallel to the slope and, according to the course of the terrain, are height-graded with minor terrain changes. The slightly rotated position produces a loosely populated settlement image with a settlement center and the general play area in the forest.
All residential units are assigned to the north side directly at the entrance to the parking. The south-oriented layouts allow each apartment an undisturbed valley-side view and best illumination and tanning conditions.
A spacious, bright access zone leads into the living and dining area with garden in front. The earth-touched zones are used as cellars and massively executed. The clear layout of the layout, the statically simple system and the optimized use of the terrain made it possible to keep to the budget despite the small number of apartments.
