The body articulates the urban interface, it interacts with surrounding buildings and differentiates functionally. The entire ground floor, despite different users on trouble-free movements, so that the new building also opens to the citizens of the city. The perforated facade, with floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the highly differentiated block, creates a quiet urban development fulcrum.
