Adjacent to the existing Andritz AG office building in Eibesbrunnergasse, Vienna, the existing warehouse was renovated and expanded. The ground floor will be used as a test area and company kindergarten, the upper floor as an extension of the office space around 55 jobs.
The new thermal outer shell was made with perforated bricks including ETICS. In the upper floor an aluminum slat facade was additionally hung.
